Carole Stolte Upman is a registered nurse and holds a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling.  She is a certified case manager, certified rehabilitation counselor, and a certified disability management specialist and certified professional counselor.  Carole was elected to serve in a national position as a Commissioner on the Commission for Case Manager Certification in 1999 and currently serves on the eligibility and public relations committee.

At Maturity Concepts Carole oversees the daily operations.  She answers telephone inquires, consults with other staff members and meets with seniors and their families.

Ms. Stolte Upman has worked in the field of disability management services since 1978.  She is president of Chesapeake Disability Management, Inc., which she founded in 1991.  She extended the company's services by opening Maturity Concepts in 1999.  Carole is active in a variety of professional organizations related to disability management throughout the mid-Atlantic region.  She has presented locally and nationally on many care management topics.  She currently serves as a Commissioner on the Board of Certified Case Managers.
